NOOR is a new fragrance brand. Designer NOOR has 14 perfumes in our fragrance base all launched in 2024. NOOR fragrances were made in collaboration with perfumers Romain Keller, Bérengère Bourgarel, Bertrand Duchaufour, Felix Deschamp and Vincent Ricord.
