Starting as a passion project, Kheir Fragrance House was founded by Lebanese American Siham Cyrine in 2024. The idea was formed when Siham spent many months in Dubai, a city known for luxurious scents and splendour. Siham's hobby of collecting perfumes began to expand until she formed the idea to create scents she's craved, but never smelled before. To some, perfume may only be the simple expression of scent, but to Siham and many others, perfume is the expression of memory.
