This leads to long processing times, but the patience of waiting is rewarded by the aroma exaltation and essence persistence, thus maintaining their olfactory entirety. Not only the natural essences extraction involves handmade timing, but all the following stages are subject to cadenced rhythms of nature, respecting old traditions; once ready and harmonized in all its ingredients, the mixture should rest for at least a month before bottle it up.
