Excelsis is an American indie perfume house from California founded by Frederick Hass. His first perfume was The Pope's Cologne, based on the recipe used by Pope Pius IX (1792 - 1878), printed in an old cook book. Designer Excelsis has 4 perfumes in our fragrance base. Excelsis is a new fragrance brand. The earliest edition was created in 2011 and the newest is from 2013. The nose who worked on the fragrances is Frederick Hass.
