Brooklyn Perfume Company is an independent perfume house founded by James Peterson. A chemist by training, Peterson traveled the world and eventually discovered his calling in French cuisine. After working in some of the finest French restaurants, he returned to the U.S. and opened Le Petit Robert in New York. From there, he shared his knowledge and skill as a professor at The French Culinary Institute and later became a celebrated culinary author.
