AQUA RWANDA is the first perfume made in Sub-Saharan Africa (Made In Rwanda) fragrance and boasts a green, fresh, fruity, musky essence inspired by flavours of the Land of 1000 Hills made of local essential oils. Aqua Rwanda is a new fragrance brand. Designer Aqua Rwanda has 2 perfumes in our fragrance base all launched in 2018.
